The problem was, that ICMP packets were dropped at Kerio, because unexpected "Echo reply" packet. The ICMP traffic "Echo Request" was comming from the route which didn't touch Kerio. The target station didn't have a route back, so it routed "Echo reply" to gefault GW (Kerio) and it dropped them after that. When target machine pings source one, ICMP from source to taget starts to work, because the local routing tabel of target machime has been updated. The symptoms are exactly same as written at OP of this thread.
