Hi Slim,
No you cannot install Kerio onto your phone. You will need to fill out your user and server details into the device such as:
Username
Password
Email address
Server address
These are the basic details you need to configure a phone to talk to Kerio. Also like my colleague said if you cannot locate the mailserver.cfg you need to speak to your network/system administrator.

Hi slim,
I think you need to speak to your systems admin. If your server is still running 7.4.3 then your admin needs to upgrade your server to the latest version.

Well that's no good considering windows phone 8 came out before kerio 8. You would think they would have a update by now, that supports the new windows phone 8 platform.
Maybe its time to move onto exchange..
