Hey Vicky Cinelli

How can I upgrade to Kerio Connect 8.0 for my Webmail account? There I still have the version 7.4.3 installed, but on my computer I installed the newest 8.0

I can't find the mailserver.cfg ...

How do I reach the web administration console?

Are you looking on the server?
I would recommend contacting your network administrator for help.
I think you've installed Kerio Connect on your desktop and it makes no sense. Please search the internet and Windows Phone documentation about how ActiveSync synchronization works.

Hi Slim,

No you cannot install Kerio onto your phone. You will need to fill out your user and server details into the device such as:

Username
Password
Email address
Server address

These are the basic details you need to configure a phone to talk to Kerio. Also like my colleague said if you cannot locate the mailserver.cfg you need to speak to your network/system administrator.

Regards,
Vicky

On my old HTC Titan (Windows Phone 7.5), it worked fine. I just had to fill out:

Username
Password
Email address
Server address

That's it

Hi slim,

I think you need to speak to your systems admin. If your server is still running 7.4.3 then your admin needs to upgrade your server to the latest version.

Well that's no good considering windows phone 8 came out before kerio 8. You would think they would have a update by now, that supports the new windows phone 8 platform.

Maybe its time to move onto exchange..

Windows Phone 8 can be synchronized the same way as Windows Phone 7.5 if the "Allow unsupported devices" option is enabled.
