problem with outlook connector - urgent [message #99624]

hi,

Kerio outlook connector is installed at my client computer and doing some problems.

I went in to control panel for uninstall connector in order to install it again, then found that many kerio outlook connectors are these, same for kerio update service.

I tried to uninstall these, but got an error that msi files are missing:

kerio-updaterservice-1.2.0-43065-win32.msi

and a file with the word "worker" in it, also msi

I need these files in order to uninstall....

Hi, Roei

The technical support team can provide you with an uninstallation program that will remove a badly installed Kerio application. Please contact them and ask for the "KTUninstaller" and explain the errors you are seeing.
