Server Details:
8.0.0 build 639
KOFF Connector Details:
kerio-connect-koff-8.0.0-639
Office Home and Business Details:
32bit, installed from office.microsoft.com
I installed office 2013 home and business and koff connector 8 without issue. Now when I try to add the koff account it does not show up as an option. I have tried reinstalling KOff and office 2013 without results. I don't get any errors it just simply is not there.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thank you,
Clark

Hi there
I've experienced exactly the same problem - Kerio is not available as a choice. I also tried uninstalling Koff and reinstalling and of course I also tried to install Koff from the server and the config-tool.
Any idea what to do? According to Kerio Outlook 2013 should be compatible...
Thanks for your help!
Follow up: I think it's a problem of Koff detecting Outlook 2013 and registering correctly. I kept on trying, no improvement, then uninstalled Office 2013 32bit completely, reboot, then installed the 64bit version with ending up that the Koff 64bit telling me that it doesn't support the 32bit version (Error 28110) of Outlook

Yes I have tried using the integration tool and it installed just fine without notice of compatibility issues and yet it still would not show up when creating a new account in outlook.
I have reinstalled office 32bit and reinstalled the connecter several times as administrator, as the user and in compatibility mode and none of that worked. I have kind of hit a dead end with this and its very frustrating. I don't want to have to reinstall windows just because of an email issue.
This works on other pc's with 2013 just not this one. I think it has to do with the order I installed things.
Installed office 2013 Home and Business
uninstalled office 2010 Home and Business
uninstalled koff
reinstalled koff
I should have uninstalled the old KOFF and Office before any of the new.
Phil,
I'm glad I'm not the only one if you find a solution please let me know and I will do the same for you.
Thanks

Server Details:
8.0.0 MacOsX
KOFF Connector Details:
kerio-connect-koff-8.0.0
Windows 8, 64 bit
All fresh instalations on fresh system.
1. Office Home and Small Business 2013 64 bit, installed from office.microsoft.com
+ 64 bit of KOFF I get message during instalation: error 28110, this instalation package doesn't suport 32 bit version of Microsoft Outlook (15.0.4454.1000). Crazy I have 64 bit 2013 Office working on 64 bit Windows 8.
+ 32 bit of KOFF I'm able to install, but I can't create Kerio profile in Outlook in any auto (integration tool) or manual way. Integration tool install 32 bit of KOFF on my 64 bit Office 2013. Outlook simply desen't know about KOFF after KOFF instalation.

What means that Kerio 8.0.0 supports Office 2013? Which version? (maybe only 32 on 32 Windows)
Best regards
Tom

Well so I go go ahead an post the screenshot of my version.
It is not a click-and-run or whatever it's called version but it's the download version you are entitled to download for fee if you had activated an Office 2010 in recent time.
Since Koff worked with my 2010 Office I expected it to work with that version as well. If not I wouldn't blame Kerio but MS for it.

I have the same version as Phil and instead of running the small exe that streams office to the computer while its installing I downloaded the ISO and am trying it now. Does anyone know where I can get an ISO of the full Home and Business version?

Just got done installing from the downloaded ISO and had the same results. I am going to order the $15 disc replacement to see if that is any different. I have a feeling that the home and business version just does not have the 3rd party MAPI support which would be really annoying because I just order three copies of it.

I am experiencing the exact same issues here, on several different PC's. The only commonality is Outlook 2013. I sincerely hope that there is no difference between the retail product and the download product. That would be absurd...even for MS.
I originally had the trial of Home Premium, which did not recognize the Outlook Connector (KOFF) when I went to set up a new account. I removed that and installed a trial of Office 365 Small Business Premium. Exact same result. I've uninstalled and reinstalled KOFF countless times and the result is the same each time. Highly frustrating!
Office 2011 for Mac is working quite nicely though! As was Office 2010 for Windows. Not sure what is going on here but I hope the Kerio folks figure this out soon. I'll be calling support again tomorrow to see if they have any other ideas.

Hi,
I am also experienceing the same problems, i.e. I downloaded and installed kerio offline connector, and then ran the script from the server page, and it still does not work.
Also running the stupid home edition of office, is there a fix on what version of office 2013 is needed for this to work?

Pavel Dobry (Kerio) wrote on Tue, 05 February 2013 05:23All Office version available in Office 365 seem to be Click-To-Run versions of the product. It runs in a sandbox without an installation and this prevents the product to cooperate with 3rd party MAPI providers.
We will try to investigate any workaround but I doubt there is any.
Definitely looking forward to a workaround (if there is to be one that is). Regarding the 365 "bundles" it is good to get some confirmation that they are "click and run" apps. Does anyone have any thoughts on the standalone version of Outlook 2013? If you go to microsoftstore.com and browse to the stand-alone products you will see it.
(Can't post a URL yet...at least not until I have 5 posts!)
I was successful with using KOFF with the version of Outlook that comes with Office 2013 Pro + but that is not a solution I would prefer to pitch to the people I support. Has anyone had any experience with the standalone product, or knows if it differs in any way from the version bundles with 2013 Pro +?
