Hi,

I have the infuriating problem of reminders refusing to be dismissed. This is not restricted to one computer but is occuring on every machine in our office using Thunderbird and Lightning.

Versions are:
Kerio 7.3.1 patch 2
Thunderbird 9.0.1 + Lightning 1.1.1

Kerio 7.3.1 patch 2
Thunderbird 10b5 + Lightning 1.2

When clicking the dismiss or dismiss all buttons the reminder window disappears and the entire calendar reloads (the month view shows everything disappear momentarily) and when the calendar comes back the reminder window pops up again for the same reminder.

I have tried turning on calendar.debug.log and calendar.debug.log.verbose and nothing important is being shown.

This isn't happening on Outlook so I assume this is something to do with the way Lightning is working with Kerio?

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you tried enable debug log for WebDAV on server's side? It's possible there will be something helpful.
web administration -> debug log -> right click to debug log area -> Messages... -> module "WebDAV Server Requests"

Had this problem years ago, still an issue with Thunderbird 38 and Kerio 7.4. Don't have access to server logs.

EDIT: Occurs with both Web-DAV and I-cal
