lost admin password or no admin account [message #8192]

I cannot log on to the firewall using the administrator's console - I get
the "Authentication failed." message. I remember deleting the only
administrator account and later creating another account with the same name.
Later on, the admin console crashed with a GP fault exception and I could
not check which (if any) is the admin account.

I'd like to avoid reintsalling 'cause I'm not sure whether the statistics
gathered so far will not be deleted.

Any ideas are welcome!

Also check if the new administrator account has sufficient rights (<variable name="rights">127</variable>).
