HI,
We have introduced Kerio with the offline outlook connector at our company.
We have entered our addresses in Outlook with first name, last name and the company name.
The information is saved with last name, first name (company name).
Now we have the problem that I can hardly find any of the saved addresses in Outlook.
The search for the company name is unsuccessful and the last name is not found either. I currently need to know the first name to get a result. The button "Check name" sometimes helps.
Is this behaviour normal?
We have looked through the support articles but cannot find a solution.
