We have the 10.0.1 update running clean, both the server and the KOFF client update. Office 2016, 2019, 2021. Restarting the clients helps. Indexing the mailboxes (about 100,000 mails) took about 5 - 10 minutes for the clients.

I noticed constant High CPU usage on the server side since the update to 10.0.1, specifically when Outlook 2016 clients are connected via Active Sync protocol this is with less than 15 active users (not during sync just when Outlook are open in idle). Using Debian 8/9 Server. Anyone else having this issue?

We've been noticing very different patterns in memory and swap usage since upgrading from the last release of Kerio Connect 9 to Kerio Connect 10.0.1. Has anyone else been noticing similar issues? We've had to increase the memory of our Kerio VM, and we've even faced an OOM event that ended up killing a Kerio mailserver process. We're surprised to see this, as improved memory usage is part of the features of this release.

We've attached some graphs to illustrate. We upgraded on 3 July. Any experiences, pointers or suggestions are very welcome!

I have huges problems with 10.0.1, windows server 2022
When a user connects using MS Outlook 2021 the CPU goes straight to 40% CPU.
We had to rollback as when 5 users connect the CPU is 100%

I have KC 10.0.1 also installed and running in Windows Server 2022 but see not much increase of CPU use.
Users have Office 365 (version 2307)

With regards, Wilco

Installed it today on a Debian 64bit server with 20 clients running Outlook 2019 64-bit on Win10, everything went flawless. Even users with ~60GB mailboxes didn't complain about performance issues; the "From/Send on behalf" issue has been fixed which comes into effect after a second Outlook restart; KOFF index building seems to run reasonably fast, search performance is really alright.

Has anyone else got the issue of search folders (you know, the "Unread", "Flagged" etc. thingies at the end of your folder list) not working anymore? They show up as empty although there definitely are e-mails to which the virtual folders' filter criteria apply. Removing and recreating the search folder again doesn't help either.

It's not a breaking issue since there are other means of searching/filtering messages, but I'd like to gather some more hints whether it's actually connected to KOFF.
