Good time everyone. I ran into a problem with one of the users: unread letters are not displayed until I mark "as read" the entire Inbox folder.
The problem is observed in all browsers, and even on other computers, if you log in under the account of the "problem" user.
In the settings everything is standard, nothing has changed. Has anyone encountered such a problem? How to decide? Help me please.
