Hello,
I'm getting the error Messages

Let's Enycrypt client is not initalized

Running kerio Version is 9.4.1 patch 1 (6445)

https://letsdebug.net
shows all ok

Port 80 is open and reachable from the outside i can even log into kerio on the port 80 from outside.

I get the error message instantly after trying to issue a new let's encrypt certificate.

letsencrypt was working on this system but not updateing it anymore. So i deleted the old certificate and since that time i am unable to get a new one.

securty policy is set to no restrictions - same goes for the TLS options also no restrictions.

I had the same issue right now, Server 2016 and Kerio Connect 10 (upgraded from 9.4.2)
Everything according to manual (HTTP 80 open, Security policy to "No restrictions")

Solution:
- stop Kerio Connect Service
- delete File "account.key" from ..\MailServer\sslcert\letsencrypt (or /opt/kerio/mailserver/sslcert/letsenrypt if you have Linux)
- start Kerio Connect Service

Just after the start, it worked again.

Two minute job, but nothing found on this Forum.
