Search Results Not Current [message #152972]

Hi. In my archive, I can see all my current mail when it loads. But when I search for an item that I know I recently received, I am not seeing it come up in the search results; even though when I manually search for it in the archive I see it.

The archive search results seems to only be showing seven months ago and further.

How can I resolve this?

Hello,

Search results are related to Archiver indexes. A good place to start would be check as detailed in Archiver Search Returns Zero or Incorrect Results

For more in depth troubleshooting I recommend to open a support ticket with us.
