Hello,

I'm unable to reach the gfi.com website. When I'm using my mobile device or other IP-address I can contact gfi.com. We don't use a proxy or something that block it, it's blocked by GFI side. Please, how can GFI unblock our IP-address?

Sorry if this isn't the place to ask for this. But I could not find a better place.

I can reach the GFI website when using an mobile phone via mobile internet or use another IP-address. It seems that IP-ranges are blocked by GFI, and maybe because the Kerio Connect mailserver calls to gfi.com and thus is a whole IP block blocked by gfi.com? I'm not sure, but it's strange.

If you are unable to reach the GFI.com website, there are a few steps you can take to try and resolve the issue.

1. Check your internet connection. Make sure your device is connected to the internet.

2. Restart your modem and router.

3. Clear your browser cache and cookies.

4. Try visiting the website from a different browser.

5. Use a different computer or device to see if the same issue occurs.

6. Contact your internet service provider (ISP) to see if they are having any issues with their service.
