Not for me. Which version of Kerio are you running, and on which OS? And is there anything relevant in your log files (I think certificate renewal is in the security log). And is this during automomated renewal or manual renewal?

It has to stop the service for a few seconds, so it's basically doing a quick restart. That's why you get a "crash report"

Hello Backspin,

It's 9.4.2 on windows, and I had the crash on several installations.

as for your question "automomated renewal or manual renewal". I never saw kerio connect to auto renew let's encript certificate.

At all my installations, the certificate don't auto renew, so I was trying to renew manualy.

BTW -
1. is it configurable (auto / manual)?
2. as for auto - how many days before the cert ends, that the auto process renew?

O.K - but the certificate doesn't renew after the "quick restart"
