Hello.

What hardware are you guys running on your setups and how stable is your work environment?

I would appreciate it if you could give me tips or suggestions on what machines work better with kerio, because my actual setup struggles to deal with less than 100 users.

Thanks

Thank you for your message. The following is the minimum system requirement for Kerio Control:

Depending on the hardware specification you are using and the number of users, it may need to be checked for resource overload. For further assistance regarding the issue and troubleshooting, please reach out to the Kerio Control Technical support team by creating the support ticket on the Kerio control support portal: https://support.keriocontrol.gfi.com/

I came here to check on optimum hardware requirements for the 9.4.x kernel. I was hopeful when I saw your question, but it was answered only with minimum requirements.

The linked document leads to a partial list of compatible hardware, but the link on this page for "The Full Supported device list can be found in the attached file" leads to a broken link. It's been like that for months, if not years. So I have no idea what the device list is other than

The optimal hardware does not exist.
It is what you are doing with it and what functions you are using.

As IPS is single threaded at the moment (I heard they are working on that, but don't take my word for it), so if you use IPS with a fast connection and or lots of users and or a lot of connections to the internet, you need a really fast processor (single threaded speed, not multi threaded speed).

For memory - I use 4Gb, till now always enough.

Hello,

Could you please answer my question? In the Kerio Control documentation it is stated that it supports the "I211 Gigabit Network Connection" adapter. Does this include the "Intel I211-AT"?

Thanks!
