From what I've seen on several servers, renewal time seems to be around the same time (+/- 5 minutes) as the first installation of the Let's encrypt certificate on that server.

When I want to force a renewel, nothing happened. Port 443 is open from the internet to the mailserver.

Anyone?

Wilco

SOLVED: Kerio Connect' Security policy has to be set to "No restriction." Go to Configuration > Security > Security Policy. Making this changes does not mean all connections are insecure. Connections can still be negotiated to use TLS, but Kerio Connect will accept non-encrypted traffic when the security policy is set to "No restriction."

Wilco, what OS are you running KC on? Any specific firewall rules or non-standard network setup?
I have several servers running KC on Debian 10. All of them have security policy set to 'Require encrypted connection', and none of them have problems renewing theire Let's Encrypt certificate.
