A client is noticing some strange behaviour in Outlook from MS365 with v2207 build 15427.20210 which is a recent update. Things like phone numbers which seem to be HTML are coming through with odd characters between the numbers, on older emails certain items on the screen are not located where they were previously before the update. This may be related to the May 22 issue that Microsoft introduced, I am not sure, but none of these are what I am asking here. I have tried to install the most current 9.4.2 KOFF (even though the server is on 9.4.1 but that will be updated shortly) and when I try to do so Windows throws up a 28101 error indicating that the software version of Outlook may not be supported. I tried to downgrade to a previous release of MS365 but this did not help. Should this be happening and is there a solution? I have since gone back to the current MS365 release for v2207 and not surprisingly this has not changed anything.
