I had several issues with Kerio in the last years, where - somehow - the internet interface didn't do any traffic anymore.
The only solution when this happens is to log in to the firewall from LAN and restart the firewall.

The problem with this is that I have sevral Kerio installations at customers sites - and as I cannot login from the internet (also not with tools like Teamviewer), I have to pay those customers a visit to restart it properly, which gives a problem as the installations are distributed around the world.

The thing that would solve this is a watchdog timer - when internet access is not available for x minutes (please make this a setting), the firewall will reboot itself.
