AS i've already explain, i'm using for customers this architecture which was working well before the patch 9.4.1p1 has been deployed . I'm using thin client which connect on a windows server 2019 using RDP on which the Microsoft Office VL 2019 is present . Now it"s impossible to install the KOff of this version and the only answer i've is that it's not supported .
Therefore, actually the people are using a brower to access their mailbox, but it's not a solution, i've got other problem with application which are using outloook to send different kind of document thru them.
I hope you will solve this rapidly.

We currently have an Engineering ticket opened GFIPEF-44 to address KOFF compatibility with a Terminal Server running Windows Server 2019 & Microsoft Office VL 2019.

Could you test and confirm whether earlier versions of KOFF are able to be successfully installed or is the issue now impacting all KOFF versions that previously worked within the environment?
