One of our customers is willing to configure GFI Helpdesk as their solution for providing services, but they need to have like a multi-tenant solution. Multiple domains managed by the same group of techs.

Hi Augusto! GFI HelpDesk allows for Running multiple support sites from one GFI HelpDesk instance. Have a look at the linked manual for a better idea of how this works and keep in mind this is only for Download customers. Customers using OnDemand can only have a single domain.
