Hi,

I'm solving a problem with a bad search for emails in the native application MAIL on the iPhone. When you enter text in a search engine, it does not display all e-mails, but only some.
Linux KerioConnect 9.4.1. Phones with iOS 15.5 connected via Exchange ActiveSync - connection without configuration profile. Already found on 3 devices.

Any ideas to solve the problem?

How are you searching exactly? Are you searching "Current Mailbox" or "All Mailboxes"?

For me, it brings up all mails, even the ones that are not on the phone (I only keep mails of the last 2 weeks on the phone as per my ActiveSync settings).

The full search only works, if you are online.

It is also possible to go to a specific folder and search there.
