Hi,

we have a problem inserting the text into the footer. If we add text to the footer, a message will appear: Signature is too long: 4806 characters. The maximum length of the signature is 4095 characters, including formatting characters.

When I insert the contents of the footer into Word, it shows me the number of characters 609.

When I switch to the HTML source text, the number of characters already agrees there.

I think there's a mistake that it counts HTML tags.

Can you please advise me so I can solve this situation from the user's point of view?
