It is the feeling of many people that any reference to whitelist or blacklist like the KB articles and features of MailEssentials continue to demonstrate systematic racisms. Please replace all references in your companies KB, support base, and Mail Essentials Application to allowlist and blocklist. Blacklist was changed to blocklist in the past, but KB articles still have the old term. We are particularly looking for the Public Folder name of whitelist to be updated to Allowlist as it is user facing.
