I would like to request a feature request for the ability to archive in coming and out going faxes to an email address. That is a current feature of GFI fax maker. I have a work around that I am implementing from support, but they requested I put a feature request in. Please see the suggestion below.
Kindly note that such feature does not exist in FaxMaker Online. However, you can achieve a similar result by adding the desired email address to all of the receiving user accounts:
Log in to the FaxMaker Online Portal
Navigate to the gear icon > Users
Find the 1st user that has an assigned fax number and click on the 3 dots right next to their name > Edit user
Go to the Fax tab and add the desired email in the "Fax receiving settings" section
You can add up to 3 email addresses here
Save the changes
Go to the next fax receiving user
Finally, be aware that you can always post ideas in the GFI Forum in order to bring them to the attention of the Product Management team for consideration and possible implementation.
