Hello,
I'm having issues with Office 365 and KOFF. Im'running Kerio Connect 9.4.0 (build 6153) on CentOS 7. Since a few days I'm getting messages that KOFF wasn't able to sync a message. It contains an .eml file which always contain one of our contacts (which are created manually in the GAL). The debug information says:

Next to me some collegeas with the same Outlook version (version of Office is 18.2110.13110.0) has the same issue. I have cleaned the Kerio cache, even by removing the folder where the cache is in. But the issue remains.

We are having the same issue, just started this week with Outlook users. I opened a ticket with Kerio, and they said a recent Microsoft Office update may be causing it. They have told me that running an Office repair may fix the issue. I was going to test this on an employees laptop, but while trying to uninstall/reinstall the outlook connector it will not uninstall. Trying to figure out why.
