Effectively since macOS 10.14 () the Kerio Connect Account Assistant setup process to setup the native macOS Apple Mail, Calendar and Contacts app has not worked reliably.
As such shared and public folders, are not accessible at all or do not sync reliably on macOS 10.15, macOS 11 & macOS 12
We consider this as fundamental feature, which sets KERIO Connect apart form its competitors, if this does not get fixed urgently we need to start migrating away from it.
