We have multiple GFI accounts to support multiple customers with GFI Mailessentials. Each location has a different account at GFI and a different email address. Now when I try to log into any of the accounts, I get an error telling me my account login is incorrect. I tried to do a password reset and get "An error occurred while processing your request".
Is there an issue with the support portal? I have tried multiple accounts and get the same error.

To create a support ticket, you must be able to log into the system. Can't log into the system, so can't create a support ticket. See my dilemma!
I tried 2 different computers and get the same error. Always says "The username and password combination is incorrect or your account is locked." I "Assume" the sysyem is working correctly, I think my passwords are correct, so it seems to be the accounts are locked. Just a guess. But I would not think all of the accounts would be locked.
