Hi,

We're migrating to a server (not KC) using ActiveSync. We did an inital sync and this worked great but subequent syncs to update the initial fails. The KC error log shows:
[05/Jan/2022 08:33:25] Ids.cpp: Folder ID "33" cannot be found in the list of folders. [User: test1<_at_>domain.com, Device: (TIVANfc6b3662369da53ad3cf0a2fcde, Collector, ASMC/21.5.1.2), IP address: 10.100.5.180]

[05/Jan/2022 08:33:25] SyncCommandHelpers.cpp: Unable to parse request from mobile device. Unable to get folder ID for class: N/A. [User: test1<_at_>domain.com, Device: (TIVANfc6b3662369da53ad3cf0a2fcde, Collector, ASMC/21.5.1.2), IP address: 10.100.5.180]

The receiving server throws no errors, just a sucessful session message with 0 messages.

Does anyone have any thoughts on the cause?

I didn't have much luck using ActiveSync when I did a migration recently.

Ended up using IMAPsync (https://imapsync.lamiral.info/) which worked flawlessly for e-mail.

Used Sumatra kCalReader for calendars, contacts, tasks & notes (https://sumatra.com/ and https://calendarservermigration.blogspot.com/2021/10/kerio-m ail-contacts-and-office-365.html) Fabulous experience with this team. 100% fidelity on the migration.

Cheers,
Jon
