Hi,

I have activated under the domains setting, after implementing gfi archiver, the checkbox to delete everything from every folder older than 2 years in KC.

Does this work in retrospect, so does KC now check all mailboxes for stuff older than 2 years and delete it? when or how does it run? I found nothing in the documentation but I need these mailboxes to be a lot smaller before I can migrate them to 365... thanks!

My experience is that yes, it will honor the new setting for ALL e-mails, and the process runs about once a day. However, it has a limit of (I think) 1000 messages per mailbox per run, so for very large mailboxes, it may take a while to actually complete.
