Any update on this? How can I prevent those messages? Could you share a example email.

I guess we could redirect those messages using the global filter list...

I was contacted by tech support. "Somehow", a couple hundred of my domain's e-mail accounts got associated with GFI's customer record as the primary contact. I'm assured it has been corrected. We'll see.
