Dear all,

Smart Host/ SMTP Outbound Relay 1 = mx1 (use kerio connect server 1)
Smart Host/ SMTP Outbound Relay 2 = mx2 (use kerio connect server 2)

How to config??? :

Limit send mail mx1 /1 hour
If sending mail exceeds or has problems
====> send mail via mx2

This config can not auto swich to new smart host (smtp relay)

How to config:
+ mx1.domain.com (Limit 100 mail/ 1 hour)
if exceed the amount of 100/ problem sending mail:
===> Send mail via smart host 2 (relay mx2) : mx2.domain.com

I do not think that this will work. If you define multiple SMTP relays to send to, you have to define rules (e.g. for one domain, you send to SMTP server 1 for another domain, you send to SMTP server 2. It looks it will not go to the next one if it fails.

Maybe you could try to send directly (without SMTP relay), but for that, your ISP has to allow port 25 to the Internet. It really depends on your Internet connection. In that case, you will not have any limit on how many messages you can send per hour.

I believe the original poster has a limit on how many messages per hour can be sent to his ISPs SMTP relay server. If the maximum is 100 per hour, it is most probably a private Internet plan. Once he has reached the 100 emails, he would like for KC to use the second SMTP server.

But I do not think you can do that with Kerio Connect. It would probably be easier if he could ask the ISP to increase the number of mails that can be sent per hour to his needs.
