I'm having a problem exporting search results that exclude messages by date. So I open the GFI Import/Export x64 tool and verify the login as normal.
I select that I want to include all archives in the search, I add an "any" criteria to include, I select the "Whole Message" "Contains" "Jones". Then I hit find, it finds 28,101 messages that contain the searched word "Jones" in the archives, two of which show a date of "8/2/2021" in the results.
I click on the "Exclude" tab and tell it to "Exclude" messages with "Sent Date" "Before" "3/1/2021" and click on find again. This time it says no results found.
I click on the red "X" next to my exclusion criteria to remove it and then click on the "Find" button again. The results again show 28,101 messages found, including the example two messages on 8/2/2021 that I noticed at the top of my list in the search.
I'm running Archiver version 15.1, build 20201124 and GFI Archiver Import Export Utility version 20200.1124.151.5.
Any ideas on how to get the Import Export utility to honor the exclusion criteria to narrow down the results?
