Recently, customers using the current Kerio Connect version 9.3.1p1 with KOFF and Outlook
2016 or 2019 are experiencing the following problem more and more frequently:
An email is written and sent. The mail immediately lands in the Kerio Admin Mail Log, but in
the client the sent mail can neither be found in the Outbox nor in the Sent Items folder. In
Sent Items the mail appears after a waiting time between 15 min and 1 hour. If I send a mail
via webmail, it ends up directly in Sent Items.
Does anyone know this effect in connection with Outlook and how to turn it off?
What have I tried myself:
- KOFF cache cleared
- Rebuilt Outlook profile completely
- Deleted all cache folders in the user folder of the store (_/#) when the service
was stopped, restarted the service and rebuilt the Outlook profile again.

In letzter Zeit tritt bei Kunden die die aktuelle Kerio Connect Version 9.3.1p1 mit KOFF und
Outlook 2016 bzw. 2019 einsetzen immer häufiger folgendes Problem auf:
Eine Email wird geschrieben und versendet. Die Mail landet sofort im Kerio Admin Mail Log,
im Client ist die gesendete Mail aber weder im Postausgang noch im Ordner Gesendete Objekte
zu finden. In Gesendete Objekte taucht die Mail nach einer Wartezeit zwischen 15 Min und
1 Stunde dann noch auf. Sende ich eine Mail per Webmail landet diese direkt unter Gesendete
Objekte.
Kennt jemand diesen Effekt in Zusammenhang mit Outlook und weiß wie man ihn abstellt?
Was habe ich selbst versucht:
- KOFF Cache geleert
- Outlook Profil komplett neu aufgebaut
- Alle Cache Folder im User Ordner des Store (_/#) bei beendetem Dienst gelöscht, Dienst
neu gestartet und Outlook Profil erneut neu aufgebaut
