This bug does not exists in 9.3.5, it's regression bug in 9.3.6 or 9.3.6 patch 1.

Steps to reproduce:
1. enable HTTPS decryption for some users and/or sites
2. import certificate on device to avoid warning
3. visit HTTPS site
4. you got SSL certificate warning, because the certificate for HTTPS decryption is not the default certificate you imported. It's without name, only with hash.
5. restart the Kerio Control
6. visit HTTPS page again
7. certificate warning, but it's not certificate from step 2 or 4, it's new, generated on restart.

It seems every restart generates new untrusted certificate used for HTTPS decryption
