hi,

is it possible to insert a message automatic, on the body e-mail, all the e-mail from outside of entreprise :

i would like : "it's a e-mail from outside of the entreprise, attention open the attachement....."

If you are using an external spam filter, some will allow you to insert a footer, so the incoming mail would have that. Internal/local mail wouldn't route through the external firewall, so those messages would not have the footer.

Alternatively, you can set a domain footer in Kerio Connect and outgoing mail originating from your server would have the footer. Outside mail coming in would not.

I think the OP is looking for a way to add something at the beginning of the body of the message to state that the message came from an external source. I created a rule to add "[EXTERNAL]" to the subject of any incoming message that didn't originate from our domain, but I don't the the rules processor allows you to add anything to the top of the body.
