just a small tip out of the admin work. Customer call me and tell that an outgoing message is stucked in the queue. The message from Kerio told him that antivirus check cannot be performed. After some log file reading and problem solving inside Kerio Connect it comes up the the Microsoft Defender is the problem. It blocked a file in ...kerio\tmp\ and moved it in secure store. Kerio cant access anymore this file and give a warning about its own antivirus. So be sure to disable scanning the kerio directory on the windows server. In my case some else re-enable it. I switch it of years ago.
