Hello,

I had the same issue described on this Kerio Support Help Center page:

After setting the value to 300 it works so far for about 100 user accounts.

However, on the page mentioned above you can find this quite vague statement:

Quote:

Note: The safe limit, according to our Infrastructure and Development teams, is 600. But the value might be smaller depending on your Company Infrastructure.

What exactly is this value based on, as there are no details on that recommendation?

We had the same problem a long time ago. We now have it on 2000 (500+ Users) without any troubles or slowdowns. Most of our Users Connect 2 to 3 Times (Notebook, Smartphone, Tablet etc).
