Hi there, this is my first request. Hope, somebody could help me. Our customer wants to set a default font. Does anybody know if there is the possibility to do this in Kerio? Support couldn't help.
Would be great to get some helpful answer here. I hope my request can be understood , I'm writing from Germany

If you are asking to have a default font in the web mail, or stand-alone Kerio connect mail client, there is no way that I know of to do that. It has been an outstanding enhancement request for quite some time. If the people are using Outlook (or some other program like Thunderbird) to read and compose mail, that's not really under kerio's control. Perhaps a default can be set with a group policy; I have not tried.
