ActiveSync very slow [message #149247]

We see a very slow activesync processing between server and clients(e.g. Outlook). The Kerio server(Version 9.3.0 p1) has about 55 user accounts, the used mailbox disksize is about 400GB and a history for some users of about 12 years.
There is no error in log files, CPU and RAM load is normal.
Any idea about the reason?
