Dear all,
Since yesterday I do strugle with the following issue:
A remote user is at home ./ I double checked the internet connection, which pretty fine and everything is good!
If a user starts the l2tp over ipsec connection everything is still pretty fine except the Kerio Webmail which is hosted in the cloud not intranet or dmz.
While the l2tp over ipsec is connected I do run also a ping on our kerio connect which is great.
Accessing and login to the Webmail is also normal and works BUT If a user (tried with many user accoounts and browsers) wants to send an email it stucks a while SENDING and then a pop-up say something like > please check your internet connection and the compose window stays open. A retry does not help.
I tried nearly everything which may could be Firewall releted and I was unable to find any strange error messsages in Kerio I also do not get the
Too many simultaneous connections error because I dod change it a while to 1000 in mailserver.cfg.
Does anybody has an idea !?

As the title says current version of kerio connect on latest centos7.
Around 100 users just Webmail !
Well yes, if a user is connected via vpn the traffic goes through the vpn/proxy It does not seem to be a firewall or proxy issue because 98% of my users does not have this issue.
But the weird thing is this special problem seems to be client/internet acount reletaed which only affects kerio webmail.
