Like several threads I've read up on, my organisation are moving from Kerio Connect to Office 365.
I'm looking at using O365's build-in IMAP migration tool to migrate the user mailboxes.
The problem is that when trying to add my KC server under "Select your data server > Other Email sources", O365 fails with a "IMAP server check failed, reason: invalid IMAP server configure." error.
Config wise, I've tried with port 993 over both SSL & TLS, using a KC server admin credentials for acc details.
Has anyone seen this or have any idea why this may be happening?
The KC Server is on Mac OSX and is version 9.2.12 patch 1
