Outlook 2013 crashing [message #149129]

Hello,

i have a massive with 1 User where Outlook 2013 is crashing several times a day.

The User is in Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2013 is showing "no response" and crashing even when the PC is not in use Outlook is crashing.

What i tried so far,

- Repairing Microsoft Office several times

- Installing Office 2013 in 32bit and 64bit

- Deactivating all add-ins in Outlook

- Changing the complete PC with a Fresh Windows 10 installation and Office 2013 installation (to exclude Hardware Defekts).

- Archiving all The emails so the mailbox is empty

- Deleting the mailbox on the Kerio server and creating a new mailbox with the same emailadress.

The Server is Windows Server 2019 with latest patches

The Client is Windows 10 20H2 with latest patches

Microsoft Office 2013 32bit with latest patches

What Special about this Mailbox is there is a Calendar with over 5000 Entries which is shared with 2 Users.

I Have currently no idea what to try anymore.

This looks to be an Outlook specific issue, and not related to Kerio Connect in any way.

I would suggest checking what AV and disabling that. Also might be useful to check windows integrity by running sfc /scannow
