Bulk Email receiving [message #148807]

We are testing mailshots via 'sendinblue' mailing system. Mail to external receipients is working but not to internal. They are not appearing in the mail or spam logs.

The mail to external recipients appears to come from newsletter@'ourdomainname'

No amount of adding what appears to be the real sender to the Spam Filter works so what is stopping it before it hits the filter.
