Hi,
next Problem.

How can i create a Notify for Customers.
When ...

the ticket status is set to "wait for customer" (AND)
the Staff last Reply later then 7 days

So that the customer gets a mail automatic... like...

Unfortunately we have not received any feedback so far

Please Check and reply so that we can close this ticket.
