Our customers complained recently the voice performance behind Exinda is not good.
We find Exinda seems can't differentiate MS team call properly which they are using.
In live monitoring, it is only treated as Skype application.
However, this is not enough as we need MS team call only to be prioritized.

Thanks for your feedback. In the next release of Exinda Network Orchestrator, we will be updating our application detection/classification functionality with improved detection and also better detection for skype since some traffic is not being detected.

However please note that all VOIP related services from Microsoft use the same underlying technology hence it's technically impossible to distinguish between Skype, Skype for BUsiness and Voice calls on Teams.
