Emails with attachments not sending [message #147866]

I've started receiving reports the past few days of emails with attachments not sending. They appear to send and show in Sent folder, but recipient never receives them. We did upgrade to 9.2.12 from 9.2.11 a week ago. This happens using both Outlook 2016 w/KOFF and Webmail. I've been told that it's Word document (.docx) attachments. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. I'm still digging for more info.

Server: 9.2.12 on Windows Server 2012 R2

I haven't been able to reproduce this, but I did notice some I forwarded yesterday had the attachments cut off. The Word doc was there, but not all of its content. Still trying to figure it out.
