Hi!

I've got a new MacBook shipping with latest 10.15.3 MacOS and want to use Kerio Connect on this book. As usual I'm using the Kerio Connect Account Assistant but it fails's this time:
It get's stuck on the point "Preparing account for first time use". Stucks for hours.... I can cancel the installa process here and got Mail & Calendar - but no contacts,

A complete new re-install of MacOS doesn't help - log files in console were not really helpful as well. I tried downloading the account assistant of course several times.

Any idea? Regards!

I would just set the accounts up by hand. I stopped using the account assistant probably 4 or 5 years ago when it broke as Apple updated macOS.

Is there a specific feature or function for which you need the Account Assistant?

Thanks.

Cheers,
Jon

Thing is the public contact folder which doesn't work with manual setup here. The account data looks the same then the personal account. Do you have detailed informations how to set up the contact data / accounts?

I finally solved it re-installing MacOS 10.14 - then use the account assistant - then upgrade back to 10.15.3.... Confused
