Tried to update client to 9.2.11.4847 T0 and still no luck.

I also tried update server to 9.2.11 (4847), still no luck. Only deleting outlook profile and creating new helps.

Thanks for the update - but this is a major function in a corporate email system - its effecting nearly all our users to remove and recreate their profile on outlook on the chance it might work this time isn't really helpful
this effects outlook 2019 also. Do you really have no eta ?

I've been getting the same error when trying to share calendars. In my attempt to solve it, I stumbled on the deleting the profile in Outlook and setting it up again. That did work but it is a PITA.

If deleting and recreating the profile would work, I'd be happy at all to wait for a final solution.

But we can second Michals experience, although in most of the cases it does not work for us:

Kerio support eventually "found" the workaround that was already mentioned to not be very reliable:

Kindly this workaround and provide feedback. There's no need to create a new Outlook Profile.

Close Outlook and Uninstall KOFF
Install a lower version (see link above)
Go to KOFF Properties > Other Mailboxes > Remove the mailboxes added and Click OK
Go to KOFF Properties > Other Mailboxes > Add the mailboxes
