Hi, i need to install Kerio connect to use an account on mac but the software download doesn't work. I had no problems with the previous versions of macOS so I suspect its a compatibility issue.
What do I do?

Are you trying to set up an account using the "Integration with Mac" link below the webmail sign-in?
I'd strongly suggest that you simply configure the accounts/clients by hand. It might not be as fast, but there are very few, if any, issues when you go that route. Also, you don't need to be an administrator or hand out administrator credentials when configuring by hand, so it's much more secure.
I stopped using the Integration Installer about 4 years ago when it couldn't configure our public contacts in Address Book/Contacts.
