Kerio Contro VMs High Availability - different interface names [message #146847]

Hi guys,

yesterday i setup 2 Kerio Control VMs ( one was in production) and the second was a new VMs.
Both with Kerio Control 9.3.1 same build.
I checked all interface names, all 3 interfaces has the same name.
I followed che guide in gfi site, step by step.

1 ETH for WAN
1 ETH for LAN
1 ETH for HB

Connection is ok, but i receive this issue ( Validation Failed (Interface names are not matching.) )

Any one with my same problem ?

can you check promiscuous mode for the network interfaces and ensure it's Allow All ?

Configuration changes on both esx hosts.

Same issue.

Any other idea ?

Take a look of attached configurations of both Kerio Control Interfaces.

Yes, i can share this screenshot.
But in the first time, i had different ethx number from 1° Kerio to the 2° Kerio. I changed the ethx configuration and now all interfaces have the same ethx on both Kerio.

One important information:
the 1° Kerio Control VM it's in production from 3 month and i restored the configuration from the old Kerio Control NG300 that my customer had.

Now i can see that all network interfaces are named the same so essentially HA should work.

if it is still not working please reach out to Support so that they can collect logs. It might have to do something with the backup/restore.
