this most likely chrome related, or a chrome extension, since it started with the latest update, version 77.0.3865.90 on linux.
the search box, like when you click the magnifying glass, keeps automatically popping down when I'm doing other things. most repeatable is when selecting a To or CC address. doesn't matter if I type and select or hit the + and select. It also pops down when simply clicking Reply
anyone else experiencing this on any browsers?
